Box Office

The box office is open Mon.-Sat. from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and opens at 10 a.m. on event Sunday's.

The Verizon Center box office is no longer a Ticketmaster retail outlet.  We will only sell for Verizon Center events. On the first day of an on sale for a concert, tickets will not be sold at the box office.

Children 3 years and older are required to have a ticket to all basketball and hockey games, and Harlem Globetrotters games. For Disney on Ice and Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, all children 2 years and older require a ticket. Some family shows require a different age limit for tickets. Please check the event details page for show specific information.

Will Call opens 1 1/2 hours prior to show time or tickets can be picked up during regular business hours.

Tickets purchased at the Verizon Center box office may incur a service charge*, including purchases on the day of the show. (*Rates may vary by event.)

Tickets for Verizon Center events can be purchased through the box office, online at www.ticketmaster.com, via Phonecharge at 1-800-745-3000 or  any Ticketmaster outlet. Phonecharge is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

There are several different delivery options for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster:

  • Print at Home (TicketFast): two options
    • PDF - when you select PDF, a printed copy of the PDF must be brought with you to the game or event and then that is  supplied to the ticket taker for scanning. A version of the PDF on your mobile device cannot be scanned at the gate.
    • Mobile App - when you select the Mobile App version a square QR code is shown. A sample is below. This will be scanned by the ticket taker at Verizon Center.
